Tracy and I would love to invite you to consider a stay at our newly remodeled condo in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Over the last 10 years, we traveled all over Florida searching for the perfect place, from Destin to Key West, Clearwater to Miami, Marco Island, and beyond. Along the way, we continually found ourselves drawn back to Naples and the surrounding areas, especially Bonita Springs.

One day, while heading to Barefoot Beach, we were detoured through a few neighborhoods in Bonita and instantly fell in love with the area. That moment led us down the path of researching Old Bonita Springs, the housing market, the beaches, restaurants, and everything the surrounding area had to offer.

After Hurricane Ian destroyed our favorite Bonita Beach vacation rental, we began searching for another affordable place to stay while continuing our search for a home in Florida. That's when we discovered the Bonita Beach & Tennis Club condos.

Over the years, we stayed here several times while house hunting and eventually realized this place had everything we were looking for just steps away. Incredible beaches, beautiful sunsets, boating, golf, and the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.

Some of our favorite spots are Doc's Beach House, directly across from the condo on the beach, and Coconut Jack's, located on the Intracoastal Waterway just behind the condo.

Instead of continuing our search for a house, we realized this was exactly where we wanted to be and decided to purchase our own condo here.

Now, we'd love to share it with friends and family.

Rather than dealing with the high fees and impersonal experience that often come with vacation rental sites, we'd much rather have people we know and care about enjoy the condo and create memories here the same way we have.
